什么是普通食品、无公害、绿色、有机食品？

What is normal food, pollution-free food, green food, and organic food?

-有机食品

有机产品生产过程中不得使用化学合成的农药、化肥、生长调节剂、饲料添加剂，以及基因工程生物及其他产物。如饵块食光选用的制作手工饵块的所有米类。

-普通食品

普通理解就是对食材在养殖或种植过程中没有什么约束

-无公害食品

就是有一点约束(具体查《无公害农产品管理办法》)

-绿色食品

就是有一点点约束（具体查《中华人民共和国认证认可条例》），如饵块食光的洱源手工老雕梅

-organic food

means the way the food processed, raised, and grown cannot have synthetic fertilizers, chemical pesticides, fungicides, growth hormone, antibiotics, GMO content in it.

-normal food

means the way the food is grown or raised has pretty much no or little regulation.

-pollution-free food 

means there are some but only very limited regulations on chemical runoff from the location that the food is grown or raised.

-green food 

means there are relatively a bit more regulation than that of pollution-free food.
